The scope of this exercise is to select a service provider to provide Berkshire Healthcare NHS Trust with a recruitment advertisement service, which includes managing and editing job templates for vacancies, placing in the various media, making recommendations on the correct media to maximise response. There is unlikely to be a requirement for creative input or design into the adverts themselves.
