The database should enable interested parties to both search for funding opportunities according to a range of attributes and place notifications of interest, partner or technology requests, and technology/expertise offers.

The ability to use profiling, trend analysis and customised user interface should also be addressed.

The database must be seamlessly accessible from the existing Technology Strategy Board _connect platform and must carry the appropriate branding.
