Tender - LEADER Programme Evaluation

Tender - LCR Green Deal Project

Deadline:

The Leeds City Region Green Deal project aims to establish a long-term partnership with a leading Green Deal Provider/consortium in order to offer high quality and good value energy efficiency improvements to residents. Many of the LCR housing authorities and housing associations have indicated that they are also interested in working with the winning tenderer to deliver social housing projects in specific estates. These are likely to be predominantly system built properties, solid walled Victorian properties and multi-storey blocks and properties with narrow cavities. Bidders will also be encouraged to consider opportunities within the non domestic market.

Tender - Carmondean Primary School Roof

Deadline:

The repair and upgrade of roof void (attic) fire barriers at Carmondean Primary School, Livingston including the provision of additional smoke detectors.

Harvey’s Foundry Trust is seeking to appoint a principal contractor for Phase 3 of its regeneration scheme with the contract commencing on 1st January 2014 for a period of 12 months

Tender - Building Refurbishment Yorkshire

Deadline:

Humber NHS Foundation Trust is looking to enter into a contract with a principle contractor to carry out internal refurbishment works to the Physio Departments Reception area, creating a new reception and staff room

Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service are seeking tenders for the provision of a Staffed Security Service at their site in Washington, Tyne and Wear, UK

Tender - Replacement Windows Contract

Deadline:

Tenders will soon be invited for replacement of existing windows with aluminium double glazed units at Court Fields Community School, Mantle Street, Wellington TA21 8SW. These works are being undertaken for Somerset County Council and overseen by Southwest One. The contract value is expected to be in the region of £300,000.

Tender - Measured Term Contract for Building Repairs
