We are delighted to welcome Jay Bhayani, Managing Director and Solicitor at Bhayani HR & Employment Law and Kathryn Mosley, HR Advisor.
Jay has 25 years’ experience as a specialist employment law solicitor and has established an impressive reputation as one of the leading employment lawyers in the Yorkshire region. She has won various accolades including Yorkshire Lawyer employment lawyer of the year award and short listing for the Yorkshire and Humberside Institute of Directors business adviser of the year award. She had national recognition, being the only employment solicitor in the region to have a UK top rating in the consumer ratings website, Vouchedfor. The firm won the Sheffield Business Awards Professional Services of the Year Award in 2016 and was a finalist in the same category in 2017.
Kathryn has 15 years’ experience in the hospitality sector in both General Management and HR roles for national chains. She is CIPD qualified and advised on a broad range of HR matters including conducting disciplinary and grievance hearings, robust investigations, consultations over changes of pay and terms, TUPE transfers and managing performance and sickness absence.
