About The Event

This Masterclass will help managers to understand the business planning cycle, processes used to develop plans and the manager’s role in it.

It describes activities in all parts of a business from Marketing, to Finance and Operations and demonstrates how plans come together.

Methods for calculating future resources will be discussed and delegates will be able to apply the techniques in their own areas. Time will be allowed for practice exercises and group discussion.

It will also cover techniques for performance monitoring and show how managers use them to make decisions. The difference between the measurement of input and outputs will be explained.

Delegates will be asked to bring non-sensitive examples of performance monitors from their own organisations and will be encouraged to discuss these.
