Sometimes you just need to see something in action to appreciate the benefits and understand how it works. Mediation is no exception.
Enterprising Barnsley, in partnership with UK Mediation, invites you to join us at this FULLY FUNDED business seminar on Thursday 5th July 2018 at 11:30am – 2.00pm at The Digital Media Centre, Barnsley.
We’ve organised this event so that anyone with an interest in workplace mediation can see for themselves the benefits of this way of resolving conflict. We will be showing you a simulated mediation case: when we’ve run these showcases in the past, attendees have been fascinated by how the process works and have been able to see the potential for mediation in their own organisations.
This event will cover:
• free taster of how mediation works
• simulated mediation case
• Q & A session
Who should attend?
Directors/Managers, HR Managers, or Line Managers within businesses who have direct responsibility for people. This event is free to businesses and limited to 2 places per company.
