About The Event

Is your company losing productivity due to poor sleep health? How many of your staff are suffering from sleep deprivation or an undiagnosed sleep condition?

Enterprising Barnsley, in partnership with Westfield Health, invites you to join us at this FREE “Sleep Well, Work Well” workshop,  with James Wilson, AKA The Sleep Geek, on Thursday 18th  January 2018 at 11:30am – 2.00pm at The Digital Media Centre.

This seminar will cover:

  • How and why you sleep
  • Top tips on the best night time routine
  • How to improve your sleep environment
  • What to do when sleep eludes you
  • How “Sleep Well, Work Well” can be delivered as a standalone proposition or as an integral part of your company’s health and wellbeing strategy.

Who should attend?

Directors/Managers, HR Managers, Health & Safety Mangers  or Line Managers within businesses who have direct responsibility for people. This event is free to businesses and limited to 2 places per company.


We are delighted to welcome James Wilson, (AKA The Sleep Geek), As Seen On BBC Breakfast and Channel 4’s Secrets of Sleep documentary.

James is an acclaimed Sleep Industry Expert and Qualified Sleep Practitioner who combines an unrivalled knowledge of the sleep product market with work as a practitioner offering sleep coaching to individuals and businesses and sleep training services to many different corporate sectors.

Car parking is available next to the Digital Media Centre on County Way and also on the level below £2.20 for up to 2 hours and £3.20 for up to 4 hours. The Centre is fully accessible and adjacent to the transport interchange.
