This event is a hybrid, interactive workshop covering both Personal and Business Stress Management. You’ll learn how to spot the signs of stress and, importantly, how to reduce and manage it proactively and strategically, whether for yourself or for your business.
Kate is an international Therapist and Coach specialising in Stress Management, working with clients throughout the UK, USA, Middle East and Asia. As part of the session, Kate will be teaching key skills based on vision, touch, and movement that you can use to manage stress right now.
