In recent years Enterprising Barnsley have helped to generate over £3.3m in Regional Growth Funding (RGF) to help business expand into new premises and purchase new plant and machinery. This has helped to levy over £14m of private sector investment in Barnsley. We have helped 21 companies enter into new export markets and provided procurement support to over 28 companies.

Working in collaboration with the Sheffield City Region Growth Hub, the Growth Hub Enhancement Project gives you access to free, impartial, expert business advice and support to help your business achieve its goals. The Growth Hub Enhancement Project offers a bespoke service, with all assistance tailored to meet the needs of your business.
You can access support from the Growth Hub Enhancement Project if your business:

The Growth Hub Enhancement Project is delivered jointly by five partners; Sheffield City Region Growth Hub, Business Doncaster, Business Sheffield, Enterprising Barnsley and Rotherham Investment and Development Office (RiDO).
The Sheffield City Region Growth Hub Enhancement Project is receiving up to £2.7m of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
